Cleanliness, helpful staff, everything was as expected.
Front desk informed us to park across the street in a parking building, but didn’t inform us to first take our luggage up to the room.
I would recommend the hotel, it was close to lots of restaurants and shopping areas. The luggage toting down the elevator and across the street was not fun.

Beds were extremely comfortable with individual comfort control settings.
Parking was limited to 5th floor of parking garage across the street.
The staff was very professional and courteous. The room was very spacious and had every convenience. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The location, comfort, cleanliness and the breakfast Bar.
The television channel line up was a bit boring. Too many talking head channels.
This hotel was centrally located to all my appointments. It was located in an area with plenty of restaurants and shopping. All with in walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone with business in the VA Beach area. ...read more

Love the staff and the rooms very clean.
Breakfast staff.
Great location. Very clean rooms. The front desk staff was very helpful. This is my second stay at this hotel. Now that the stores are open in the "town center" part lots of fun.

The hotel had an indoor pool.
I did not realize the bed could be adjusted, my side was hard. My hip hurt all weekend.
I thought the hotel was alright. For the price of the room I thought it would have been nicer. But overall it was alright.
